The RF25 was a round column mill and suffered from the drawback of realignment difficulties if the head position was changed as others have stated which ruled out looking at the Warco Major for me. My choice was eventually narrowed down to the Warco VMC or the Warco GH Universal Milling/Drilling machine.

I have looked at the Warco Major machine and wondered what people think of them? Having looked around the Major machine seems to offer a good size capability for the cost. Main concerns were if it is poorly designed like the Micro Mill where if you centre the Chuck to the Table, the Table overhangs the dovetails and offers no rigidity.

Got something similar- mine is a Warco Mill/Drill. Had it 10 years- built like a brick s***house! Mine is single phase 250V but works OK. Modded mine with a slow feed. Got a 4" swivel vise, a Vertex dividing head and tail stock, rotary table and a fistful of other tooling. Like every other mill, it's the tooling that proves or disproves it.
