I have a number of holes larger than the largest PCB drills I have. Currently, I'm drilling with my biggest bit, then taking the PCB over to my old fashioned drill press and redrilling. That seems nuts. Now, there's something in the (minimal) manual that suggests that milling the holes is possible, but I can't figure out how .. or even how to start.
