I have a job to do that requires machining a 2" diameter hemisphere into solid cast iron. these are molds to cast zinc balls. There are 36 parts and each part has 6 of these hemispheres in it. I realize that this is not the best machine for the job but the only cnc machine I have to do this job is a Hurco KMB1 mill.
